Document attached to the General Terms and Conditions of Happydemy®
Last updated: April 2026
1. Welcome and Scope
1.1 Introduction
Welcome to Happydemy®.
These Community Guidelines define the fundamental rules for conscious and responsible participation within the Happydemy® digital ecosystem. They apply to all users and visitors and extend to every section of the Platform, including but not limited to: public profiles, pages, groups, multimedia content, messaging systems, forums, reviews, comments, marketplaces, educational spaces, and environments for social or professional interaction.
The purpose of this document is to ensure a safe, respectful, authentic, and constructive environment where every participant can express themselves freely while respecting others, the law, and the ethical and cultural principles that inspire Happydemy®'s vision.
Participation in the Platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Guidelines. Violation of one or more provisions may result in corrective, disciplinary, or legal measures, as specified in the subsequent articles.
Happydemy® reserves the right to update, expand, or amend these Guidelines at any time, in accordance with applicable law and in line with the evolution of its cultural, social, and technological vision.
For definitions of key terms used in this document — including Account, Content, HappyCoin (HC), Member, Platform, User, and all other defined terms — please refer to Terms and Conditions Art. 1.1↗. The following additional definitions apply specifically to these Community Guidelines:
Deepfake: Content manipulated through artificial intelligence to simulate real faces, voices, or situations, with potential deceptive or harmful effects.
Doxing: The practice of publishing, disclosing, or threatening to disclose personally identifiable information about an individual without their consent.
Report: A communication, by a user or a moderator, regarding content or behaviour deemed to violate the Guidelines, applicable laws, or Platform policies.
1.2 Scope and Product-Specific Guidelines
These Community Guidelines apply across the entire Happydemy® ecosystem and all its vertical Platforms (Communication, Entertainment, E-commerce, Gaming, and any future Platform).
In addition to these core Community Guidelines, each vertical Platform may publish product-specific guidelines accessible within Happydemy Central upon first access to each service. In the event of a conflict, these core Community Guidelines prevail, unless the product-specific guidelines expressly provide otherwise with Company approval.
2. Our Values
Happydemy® was created as an independent ecosystem to foster authentic relationships, meaningful content, and intentional interactions. These Guidelines are built on the following principles:
Awareness over consumption — the Platform is a place for active presence, mutual growth, and collective value creation, not passive scrolling.
Responsible freedom — freedom of expression is exercised with respect for the law, dignity, and individual responsibility. Verified identity protects users and ensures quality dialogue.
Merit over metrics — visibility and compensation derive from the quality, originality, and cultural impact of content, not from algorithmic logic or superficial entertainment dynamics.
Privacy as a right — no information is collected for advertising purposes, sold to third parties, or exploited invasively. For full details, see the Privacy Policy↗.
An ethical economy — users retain full control over their work and earn directly, legally, and sustainably through the Creator Compensation Programme↗—no invasive ads, hidden marketplaces, or systemic tracking.
3. Code of Conduct
Happydemy® is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all Members. A zero-tolerance policy applies against harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or bullying.

For the full legal framework governing exclusivity, see Terms and Conditions Art. 6.2↗.
Such content is subject to immediate and unconditional removal, without any notice or appeal.
4.2 Content Subject to Restrictions or Contextual Assessment
The following content may be subject to removal, restriction, flagging, or contextual review based on its nature, intent, and impact:
Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that incites hatred, ridicule, or hostility towards individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, health condition, or socioeconomic status.
Graphic Violence and Disturbing Content
Content depicting extreme violence, torture, dismemberment, self-harm, or death, unless contextualised for educational, journalistic, or documentary purposes.

Publishing private conversations, screenshots, or recordings without the authorisation of the involved parties.
Spam and Commercial Exploitation
Mass posting, unsolicited advertising, misleading promotions, or systematic engagement with content intended to inflate metrics.
4.3 Contextual Exceptions
Content that may otherwise be restricted can be permitted when:
Used for educational, journalistic, or academic purposes with clear context, disclaimers, and appropriate labelling.
Presented as satire, parody, or social commentary, provided there is no real harm to individuals or groups.
Linked to artistic or cultural expression that serves a clear communicative purpose.
Such exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may still be subject to age restriction, disclaimer, or sensitive content labelling.
4.4 AI-Generated content
Happydemy® recognises the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in content creation and digital interaction. While AI can enhance creativity, accessibility, and innovation, it also introduces risks related to misinformation, authenticity, intellectual property, and user safety.
Mandatory Disclosure
All content significantly generated, modified, or assisted by AI tools must be clearly labelled with the tag [AI-generated], [AI-assisted], or a similar visible and unambiguous marker. Disclosure applies to, but is not limited to: text, images, videos, audio, music, code, translations, voiceovers, and interactive content. Failure to disclose AI involvement constitutes a violation of these Guidelines and may lead to content removal or account suspension.
Prohibited Uses of AI
The following uses of AI are strictly prohibited on Happydemy®:
Generating content that impersonates real individuals (deepfakes) without explicit and verifiable consent.
Creating synthetic media designed to deceive, manipulate public opinion, or interfere with democratic processes.
Producing AI-generated content that replicates, imitates, or derives from copyrighted works without permission.
Using AI to generate spam, fake reviews, automated engagement, or manipulative interactions.
Deploying AI tools that harvest user data or track user behaviour in violation of privacy regulations.
Using AI to bypass content moderation, security systems, or enforcement mechanisms.
Education and Research
AI-generated content used in educational contexts must carry additional disclaimers regarding its synthetic nature and must not be presented as human-authored academic work. Content created for scientific or research purposes using AI tools must follow the applicable citation and disclosure guidelines.
For the Company's use of AI in moderation and verification, see Terms and Conditions Art. 10.9↗.
4.5 Compensation and IP Compliance
Given the possibility of earning compensation on Happydemy® through the Creator Compensation Programme, users must carefully verify the originality and legality of any content they publish. Content generating revenue in violation of intellectual property rights may be removed without notice and without entitlement to any payment, and may result in civil or criminal liability.
For full copyright and intellectual property rules, including reporting infringements and repeat violation penalties, see Terms and Conditions Art. 6↗.
5. Identity, Usernames and Groups
5.1 Username and Alias Policy
Each user may choose a unique username or alias during registration or through their account settings. The chosen name must comply with principles of propriety, legality, respect, and non-deception.
It must not:
Contain vulgar, offensive, or discriminatory terms.
Violate the privacy rights of third parties or use official or institutional names in a simulated manner.
Do not confuse, mislead, or impersonate other users, public figures, or entities.
Prohibited names include:
Names containing vulgar, sexual, violent, or racist terms.
Names referencing illegal activities, substances, or inciting prohibited behaviour.
Names simulating system accounts (e.g., "admin", "support", "happydemy_official").
Names of public figures, celebrities, or brands are used without proper authorisation.
Registered trademarks, trade names, or copyright-protected titles without proof of rights.
Happydemy® reserves the right to block, reserve, or remove any username or alias that violates these guidelines, and to reserve names for technical, promotional, or institutional purposes.
5.2 Groups, Channels, and Private Communities
Users may create groups, channels, debate rooms, or private communities within the Happydemy® ecosystem, in compliance with these Guidelines.
Creator Responsibilities
The Creator of each space serves as the primary administrator and internal moderator and must:
Properly configure access, visibility, and participation settings.
Regularly monitor internal activities.
Promptly intervene in the event of violations.
Report serious situations to the Platform's moderation team.
The group's name, description, and image must comply with principles of transparency, legality, and accuracy.
Prohibited Purposes
It is prohibited to create groups for purposes contrary to the law or Happydemy® principles, including:
Dissemination of hate, disinformation, extremism, or incitement to violence.
Aggressive political or religious proselytism.
Unauthorised commercial activity.
Fraudulent or off-Platform activities.
Failure to comply may result in Happydemy® suspending or deleting the group and taking action against responsible administrators.
Additional Internal Rules
Administrators may establish specific additional rules for their community, provided they are consistent with these Guidelines, do not limit members' fundamental rights, and are clearly accessible. Participation in a group implies acceptance of internal rules.
Platform Supervision
Happydemy® reserves the right to access, monitor, or intervene in any group, channel, or discussion space — public or private — if there are substantiated reports, reasonable suspicions of dangerous or illegal activities, or if necessary for security, Platform integrity, or legal compliance. Intervention may occur even without a formal complaint.
6. Reporting and Moderation
6.1 How to Report
Any user may report content, accounts, or behaviours that they believe violate these Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or the Terms and Conditions.
Reports may be submitted via:
The in-app reporting system (contextual "Report" button);
The dedicated form on the Contact Us ↗ page.
Direct communication with a Platform moderator.
Users who submit false, malicious, or repeated unfounded reports may face sanctions, including restriction or suspension of reporting privileges.
6.2 How We Moderate
Happydemy® adopts a multi-level moderation system combining automated tools, human oversight, and community participation.
Pre-Publication Checks — certain categories of content (e.g., compensated content, educational modules, sensitive media) may be subject to manual or automated review before being publicly visible.
Post-Publication Review — content may be flagged by users, moderators, or automated systems and reviewed after publication.
Reactive moderation — triggered following a report by a user or an external entity.
Proactive moderation — includes the preventive analysis of high-risk content categories through algorithmic detection, AI models, and internal Trust & Safety teams.
Moderator Principles:
Impartiality — decisions based solely on the Platform's policies and applicable laws.
Consistency — similar cases yield consistent outcomes, except in justified exceptions.
Transparency — affected users are informed of moderation decisions, with explanations and the right to appeal.
No retaliation — users who report in good faith will not face penalties, even if the report is unfounded.
All automated moderation systems are subject to ongoing bias evaluations and accuracy testing. Users are informed when a decision is made, either entirely or partially, using automated tools.

All decisions are documented, traceable, and made in accordance with impartiality, consistency, and applicable regulations. Moderators undergo continuous training in digital law, cybersecurity, data protection, and digital mediation.
For ambiguous content or content not expressly covered by these Guidelines, the decision is reviewed jointly by a moderator and a Senior Moderator. It may be referred to the Ethics Committee for a binding opinion.

Provide subtitles, transcripts, or alternative descriptions for video and audio content.
Avoid excessive use of flashing or disorienting visual effects.
Use clear, inclusive, and semantically correct language.
Content must not exclude or hinder access for people with sensory, cognitive, or motor disabilities.

These guidelines may be updated at any time. Users will be informed through official channels. It is the user's responsibility to stay up to date on changes. The last update date is always visible at the beginning of this document.
Happydemy® is committed to adopting and publishing transparency reports in accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA) when applicable thresholds are reached. Until that time, Happydemy® will voluntarily implement transparency practices proportionate to its operational scale.
